What's your warranty?

We offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty on all frames and structural components, and a 1-year warranty on upholstery, fabrics and surface finishes. To file a claim, email hello@vitahome.co.uk with photos and your order number and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.

What materials do you use?

We use sustainably sourced FSC-certified oak and walnut, OEKO-TEX certified fabrics and water-based, low-VOC finishes throughout our range. Full material disclosure is available on each individual product page — we believe you deserve to know exactly what's in your home.

How should I care for my furniture?

Accepted Answer

For wood surfaces, wipe with a soft dry cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. For upholstered pieces, vacuum weekly using a soft brush attachment. We include a detailed care guide with every order — follow it and your furniture will look great for years.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including Scotland and Northern Ireland. EU and US delivery is planned for late 2026 — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Can I order a custom size or finish?

Accepted Answer

Most of our upholstered pieces can be made to order in a custom fabric, size or finish — lead time is typically 4–6 weeks. Email hello@vitahome.co.uk with your specification and we'll provide a quote within 48 hours.
